Defying Internet Odds, Printfree.com Celebrates Second
Successful Year

LANDENBERG, PA -- March 26, 2002 -- They have no angel
investors, no stock market symbol. Their business plan never
crossed a venture capitalist's desk. But on March 27,
Printfree.com will celebrate two years of continuous,
successful operation online -- proving that in the
post-dot-com boom era, it's the small, niche businesses that
are living to tell the tale.

Web site designers Ken and Sandy Huddleston first envisioned
Printfree.com in early 1999, when they registered the domain
name. "The whole idea behind Printfree is for visitors to be
able to 'print free' some common useful items they would
normally have to pay for, not to mention make an
inconvenient trip to a store to purchase," Ken Huddleston
explained. "That was our sole intended purpose in securing
the domain, and we are finally able to make our service
available to internet users around the world."

Printfree.com allows visitors to create greeting cards,
calendars, signs, and flyers using free graphics and their
own text. Creations can then be printed on the visitor's own
computer directly from the site, eliminating the need for
specialized software. Printfree.com also offers print-only
items including large-print bold calendars for the visually
impaired; graph paper; banner letters; signs; and pictures.
All graphics are created by the Huddlestons.

The site is supported solely by advertising and affiliate
revenues, and even as many larger sites struggle to attract
advertisers, the Huddlestons say Printfree.com is not only
surviving but thriving. "We have never considered changing
our revenue model," said Ken Huddleston. "Because
Printfree.com doesn't rely on its visitors for
income, we are able to keep it available for free -- no
fees, passwords or membership signups. And our visitors
appreciate that."

In addition to its regular sections, Printfree.com also
offers seasonal and special-interest categories. Each month
features different birthday cards, including cards parents
can print out for children to color. Current special
features include Easter and Mother's Day graphics and
patriotic images.
